Congratulations on your engagement! Planning your wedding day will be one of the most exciting times of your life. We at Ford Flower Company take great pride in creating for you the wedding you have always dreamed of. And, because each couple is unique, so too will be your floral decorations for your special day.

In order that we may provide you with the attention and service you deserve, please keep the following in mind when planning for your flowers.

1. Please make an appointment. Because our bridal consultants are often attending to the details of other weddings, they are not always available to devote the necessary time to assist you properly. An appointment assures that a consultant will be able to focus his or her attention on you.

2. If you are part of an event site package, we suggest you consult with us no later than five months prior to your wedding date. Though we will always be available to provide beautiful centerpieces for you, we may not be able to accommodate your other floral needs if your order is not placed in time.

3. Have wedding and/or dress colors chosen. Designing your bridal flowers will depend on your consultant knowing these color choices.

4. Please be on time for your appointment. Each initial consultation is scheduled for 90 minutes. Late arrivals may reduce the time the consultant can spend with you due to other scheduled appointments.

5. Please try to limit the number of people you bring with you for your consultation. Too many opinions can be confusing and time consuming.

6. Please silence all cell phones. Our consultants want to devote all of their time and attention to you and your wedding day planning.
